Ian Tabara gives REL extra capacity in architectural design of houses, flats, townhouses, warehouses, low to high rise apartments, retail shops, offices, hotels, resorts and public buildings, as well as urban restorative and renewal developments. He has extensive experience in project management of foreign aid-based projects in liaison with government departments across nearly all provinces of Papua New Guinea.

Mr Kaida's expertise and experience over 36+ years is in civil design and documentation of major civil works within PNG. He has vast experience in project supervision of major roads and subdivisions, and is fully conversant with construction supervision, design and documentation.

Andrew Galore is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with more than 31 years of experience, responsible for all highway roads, urban roads and subdivisions geotechnical investigations. His key areas of competence include project management and documentation, highway and urban road works design and supervision, municipal engineering, water supply, sewerage and drainage, and project formulation and implementation.
