Bamake J. Rumbam

Mr. Rumbam is the Director responsible for the direction of civil engineering design including project management and planning services. Mr. Rumbam’s field of expertise is Highway and Urban Road Works, Municipal Engineering, Water Supply and Sewerage and Contract Administration and has 27 years of professional experience.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Samuel Ivano Andrew

Mr. Andrew is a Director of Tauwala Consultants and associate to REL. He has 34 years experience in various fields of civil engineering work. His experience has covered various project assignments which include work in design, construction as well as project formulation, liaison with clients and overall management of a consultancy practice.

Mr. Andrew spent time in various countries for education and work experience (Australia and United Kingdom). As a post-graduate student under a British Council Scholarship in 1977, Mr. Andrew had the honor of becoming the first Papua New Guinean Graduate from Unitech to successfully complete such a course and be awarded a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dundee, Scotland, UK.

Apin Wazob

Mr. Wazob is a Senior Highway Engineer responsible for all highway and urban design work. He has 20 years experience in the field of civil engineering. His responsibilities include design, documentation and quality control of all civil engineering works (rural and urban roads) including project management and planning responsibilities..

Siune Andreas Gigmai

Mr. Gigmai is a Senior Engineer responsible for all road and civil infrastructure design work. He has more than 10 years experience in the field of civil engineering. His responsibilities include design, documentation and quality control of all civil engineering works (rural and urban roads) including project management and planning responsibilities.

CIVIL ENGINEER

Garona Seseka

Mr. Seseka is the Director of Seseka Consultants and is associate to REL. He has more than 25 years of experience in planning through to detail designs and supervision of civil engineering projects. He also has experience in project management. Mr. Seseka’s field of expertise is in Urban planning, Road Works, Municipal Engineering, Water Supply and Sewerage and Contract Administration.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING (WHARF & BRIDGES)

Allan Luga

Mr. Luga is a Senior Structural Engineer and is responsible for all structural engineering work. His responsibilities include design, documentation and quality control of structural engineering projects including project management and planning responsibilities. During 14 years of his career as a Structural Engineer, Mr. Luga has undertaken structural engineering designs for bridges, wharfs, industrial and commercial buildings.

SURVEYOR

Leo Pakio

Mr. Pakio is the Managing Director of Pakio Surveys and an associate to REL. He is responsible for all survey works. He has over 18 years experience and he will carry out all survey works.

His responsibilities include design, documentation and quality control of structural engineering projects including project management and planning responsibilities. During 25 years of his career as a Structural Engineer, Mr. Gapi has undertaken structural engineering designs for bridges, mining, industrial and commercial buildings and telecommunication facilities.
